We believe and practice ‘Hire To Develop’ and emphasize on developing talent on both functional and leadership skills. We therefore offer leadership development programs and also sponsor higher education for developing technical as well as management skills. The sponsored education programs have been designed in partnership with prestigious institutes in India and the United States and offered as formal degree / certification to the employees. 

In India, we are currently offering :

Management Programs : 2 years Executive MBA in partnership with institutes like the Kelley School of Business in the US and IIM – Ahmedabad and S P Jain - Mumbai, in India.

Technical Programs : 2 years degree courses in Masters in Technology across Mechanical, Electronics and Manufacturing streams in partnership with Automotive Research Association of India and Vellore Institute of Technology (ARAI-VIT).

In 2015, we launched a special certification on Industrial Relations, with Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), for managers engaged in Plant roles. 

We also offer an education assistance policy to employees who are interested in pursuing formal education as a part of their self- development, or upgrading their functional capabilities.
