The School-to-Work program for high school and college students is a fast-paced, team approach to professional development.  Our flexible part-time roles provide real world perspective to expand your academic studies and increase your real world experience. 

Through on-the-job training, manager mentoring and team projects, our school-to-work employees learn firsthand how their education fits their professional long-term goals.  It’s a great opportunity to make professional connections and build relationships with industry experts inside the workplace.  

School-to-Work Program criteria:

  • All students:
    • Must be at least 17 years of age
    • Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week, up to a maximum of 19 hours per week
  • Additionally for high school students:
    • Must be a high school junior or senior
    • Classes must align with job placement and requisition
  • Additionally for college school students:
    • Must be enrolled as full-time student:
      • 12 credit hours minimum
      • GPA must be 2.5 minimum
    • Major must align with job placement and requisition
