Cummins employees engage through a global network of more than 200 Community Involvement Teams (CITs). These teams serve as liaisons to their communities and are the primary onsite coordinators for community involvement initiatives. Using tools such as a community needs assessment, CITs determine how to use our employees’ skills and talents to tackle the biggest problems facing their communities.
